Term: 12-month contract with possible extensions or permanency based on performance
Shift: **ALL SHIFTS AVAILABLE** 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM, M-F, 2nd shift: M-F 2pm- 10:30pm or 2:30pm – 11pm, 3rd shift Sunday – Fri 9pm – 5:30am
Requirements: HS Diploma or GED / Previous manufacturing, packaging, or production experience is preferred.

Position Overview:
BEPC is actively seeking an Operator to join a leading medical device manufacturing team in Temecula, CA. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with manufacturing experience who enjoy working in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment.
Candidates must have at least 6 months of manufacturing experience. Medical device manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
Please Note:
- Warehouse, forklift, material handler, and Amazon-only experience will not qualify for this position.
- Candidates with frequent short-term employment may not be considered.
- Candidates must pass an eye exam and color vision test prior to employment.
- During the interview process, candidates will be asked about any planned vacations or time off during the contract period.
Position Summary:
The Operator is responsible for assembling, inspecting, and handling medical device components while following established manufacturing procedures and quality standards. This role requires working with microscopes, small hand tools, and precision equipment to produce high-quality medical devices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble medical device components according to detailed work instructions and procedures.
- Perform visual inspections using microscopes to identify defects and ensure product quality.
- Operate small hand tools and precision equipment to assemble and inspect products.
- Follow all company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and quality requirements.
- Read and interpret work instructions, specifications, and manufacturing documentation.
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
- Perform quality checks throughout the manufacturing process.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Support production goals while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to achieve daily production objectives.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 months of manufacturing experience (medical device manufacturing preferred).
- Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing English.
- Ability to participate in instructor-led training.
- Comfortable working with microscopes for detailed inspections and assembly.
- Ability to follow written procedures and work instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division).
- Ability to use hand tools to manipulate and assemble small components.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Must successfully pass an eye exam and color vision test.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk for up to 10 hours per shift.
- Ability to frequently use hands for detailed assembly work.
- Ability to intermittently crawl, squat, climb, bend, twist, stoop, push, and pull.
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Excellent close, distance, and color vision with depth perception and focus adjustment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Medical device manufacturing experience.
- Experience using microscopes for inspection or assembly.
- Experience performing precision assembly in a regulated manufacturing environment.
