Job Title: Front Desk Associate Position Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable, and customer-focused Front Desk Associate to join our team. As the primary face of our facility, you will create a welcoming atmosphere for members, manage daily shift operations from opening to closing, and ensure seamless service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Member Interaction & Hospitality: Greet all members and guests warmly, execute member check-ins, answer incoming calls professionally, and handle inquiries with outstanding courtesy.
- Sales & Product Knowledge: Stay up to date on membership options, class schedules, facility policies, and promotional campaigns. Actively offer and sell retail products, such as supplements and beverages.
- Facility & Shift Operations: Handle shift tasks according to procedure, including unlocking/securing the facility, setting up ambient music/TVs, conducting safety walk-throughs, and executing proper opening and closing routines.
- Inventory & Cash Control: Perform accurate inventory counts and cash drawer audits at the beginning and end of every shift.
- Cleanliness & Maintenance: Maintain a neat and organized front desk and lobby area, gather, wash, and fold facility towels, and assist in keeping common areas tidy.
- Incident Handling & Confidentiality: Immediately report injuries, facility concerns, or member issues to management while strictly protecting member privacy and account confidentiality.
