Responsibilities:
- Manage complex executive calendar and schedule; coordinate client meetings and conference calls
- Coordinate domestic and international travel
- Draft and review proposals, presentations and meeting materials
- Screen and direct incoming phone calls and correspondence
- Liaise with clients and multiple levels of staff and management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- 1 year of administrative experience
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multi-tasking skills
- Proactive with a strong work ethic and an eagerness to 'go the extra mile'
- Positive, personable and engaging
- Flexible and resourceful, with the ability to navigate shifting priorities
- Proficient in MS Office Suite

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
