Warehouse Associate / Warehouse Worker Interstate Doors, LLC Fenton, MO Full-time | $18.00 per hour
About the Role
Interstate Doors is a growing wholesale garage door supply warehouse serving installers across Southern Missouri and Illinois. We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team as we ramp up operations.
This is a full-time position with clear potential for growth as the company expands. Starting hours are approximately 7:00 AM – 3:00/4:00 PM (schedule may adjust slightly based on operational needs).
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders (panels, hardware, springs, tracks, operators, and related components)
- Receive, unload, and put away incoming inventory
- Maintain organized storage on cantilever racking and shelving
- Perform basic inventory counts and report discrepancies
- Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and well-organized
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks and preparing shipments
- Follow all safety procedures and company SOPs
What We’re Looking For
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and work on your feet most of the day
- Basic attention to detail and willingness to follow processes
- Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or material handling experience preferred but not required
- Valid driver’s license a plus
- Must be able to work the scheduled daytime hours
