Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate, bi-lingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our dynamic behavioral health team. This is a remote position. In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive telemedicine psychotherapy, and clinical counseling to diverse patient populations. Your expertise will help foster positive outcomes through patient assessment, crisis intervention, and collaborative treatment planning within a supportive and innovative environment.
Duties
- Deliver individual counseling sessions focused on mental health, behavioral therapy, addiction counseling, and trauma recovery including PTSD care
- Document all patient interactions accurately in electronic medical records (EMR systems), ensuring compliance with medical documentation standards.
Requirements
- Valid NY state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or equivalent credential
- Proven experience working with adults in clinical settings
- Strong knowledge of mental health counseling techniques including motivational interviewing, crisis intervention, and diagnostic evaluation
- Excellent communication skills for case management and interdisciplinary collaboration
