Payrate: Based on Experience $17.50-$19.00 an hour
Employment Status: Full-Time (40) hours a week or more

Miami Management, Inc., is looking for highly motivated, professional, well-groomed, and reliable individuals for Gatehouse/Customer service positions for some of the best residential properties in Miami-Dade and Broward Counties.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greeting residents and guests
- Controlling access to the property (guests, vendors, contractors, etc)
- Monitor security cameras
- Apply all safety and security policies, programs, and procedures
- Ability to handle crises/emergencies (fire, water leaks, accidents, etc)
- Answer the phone clearly and professionally
- Ensure work areas are maintained cleanly and professionally
- Basic computer skills
- Personal skills
- It may require some physical activity's
REQUIREMENTS:
- Well, Groomed
- Self-motivated
- Positive attitude
- Well-mannered
- Respectful
- Clean driving record, and active Driver's License REQUIRED
- English language skills - oral and written!
- Bilingual skills may be desirable for some properties/ positions
- Have reliable transportation.
- Punctual, reliable, and responsible.
- Rover position has to be 25 years old + and 5+ years with Driver license.
