Must be 18 years of age, provide your high school diploma or GED certificate, must pass all background checks as mandated by Mississippi law, must provide proof of the MMR vaccination on the Mississippi 121 form as required by Mississippi Childcare Regulations, and be willing to obtain First Aid/CPR certification within 90 days.
Basic Job Duties:
- Provides excellent customer service
- Greet and communicate with parents during drop off and pick up
- Instruct students in the Preschool's curriculum
- Complete the Daily Cleaning Checklist (sweeping, mopping, sanitizing toys and surfaces, taking out the trash to center dumpster, etc)
- Fill out Daily or Weekly Reports
- Follow all safety procedures and policies from the Parent and Employee Handbooks
- Complete 15 hours of contract training hours per year
- Maintain and update classroom bulletin boards ( menus, daily schdules, etc.)
- Ensure confidentially is always maintained among families
- Collect documentation for child assessment purposes
Pay: From $11.00 per hour
