Personal Injury Paralegal (Part-Time with Full-Time Growth Opportunity)
Location: Snellville, Georgia (In-Person Only)
Compensation: Competitive hourly pay based on experience
Schedule: Part-Time (20–30 hours/week) with the opportunity to become Full-Time

Responsibilities
- Manage personal injury cases from intake through settlement
- Maintain regular communication with clients, insurance adjusters, and medical providers
- Request and organize medical records and billing statements
- Prepare demand packages
- Track treatment progress and case deadlines
- Draft correspondence and legal documents
- Assist with pre-litigation and litigation files
- Coordinate appointments and follow up with clients
- Maintain accurate case notes and file organization
- Support attorneys with case preparation and administrative tasks
QualificationsPreferred
- 1+ year of personal injury paralegal or legal assistant experience
- Familiarity with Georgia personal injury claims
- Experience working with case management software (Clio, MyCase, Filevine, Needles, etc.)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Professional phone etiquette
- Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
Bonus Qualifications
- Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Amharic) is a plus
- Litigation experience is a plus
