What you'll do as: Account receivable/ Collections specialist
- Monitor and manage customer accounts
- Contact customers regarding past-due balances
- Resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues
- Maintain accurate records of collection activities
- Collaborate with internal departments
Skills and Experience:
Preferred Candidate Might:
- Experience in soft collections of past due accounts
- Ability to read and understand an AR ageing and credit terms for accounts
- Proficiency in Excel
- Comfortable communicating with outside customers by phone and email
- Strong organizational skills
