YOUR JOB
As a Data Entry Specialist, you’ll play an important role in keeping information accurate, organized, and accessible across the organization. You’ll prepare reports, enter client and family information, create forms, and provide ongoing data entry support to teams across The Bair Foundation.
Your attention to detail helps ensure the information our teams rely on is accurate and up to date—supporting efficient operations and, ultimately, the children and families we serve.

Founded in New Wilmington, Pennsylvania in 1967, The Bair Foundation is a Christian non-profit ministry serving children and families. We have provided quality care and services to children, youth, and families through a myriad of effective community-based services. Today, The Bair Foundation provides services in 9 states, including Kentucky, New Mexico, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas and Virginia.

WHAT YOU BRING
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience: Experience with data entry and computer-based administrative work
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Technology: Comfort working with databases, reports, forms, and computer systems
- Requirements: Valid driver’s license and automobile liability insurance
- Professionalism: Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of client, financial, and business information

- High School Diploma or GED required, some College or Degree preferred.
- Minimum of two (2) years clerical experience in a general office environment required
- Excellent data entry skills with a minimal error rate required.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills - both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure to meet deadlines, be detail oriented and able to multi-task effectively as well as follow through on assignments to completion.
- Must be able to effectively handle sensitive and confidential situations with integrity, tact, and diplomacy.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff and provide a positive service attitude when dealing with internal customers.
- Must meet performance standards including attendance and punctuality.
