Qualifications:
Must be certified and have State License.
Must be reliable, professional, friendly and responsible.
Must have therapeutic massage background.
Must understand Kinesiology and have excellent communication and writing skills.
Able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends (every other weekend is required).
Training of Deep Tissue, Hot Stone Massage, Craniosacral, and computer skills a plus, but not required.
Spa experience helpful and 1 year of experience is preferred.
Availability:
Full (30 hrs/week) or Part Time available. Each shift contains a 30 minute paid set-up and clean-up time. All massage appointments have a 15 minute turn-around time built in (i.e. a 60 minute massage is booked for 75 minutes). Every other weekend is required or every Sunday with Saturdays off. Evening availability is a must.
Compensation:
Starting pay is based on experience, and all team members are paid a guaranteed hourly wage whether performing massage services, training or helping the team. You are paid for every hour/minute you work, not JUST when performing services.
