Requirements:
1. HVAC experience required. HVACR License preferred but not required
2. Satisfactory physical condition so as to perform manual tasks requiring moderate physical strength.
3. Ability and coordination to operate and care for power equipment and machinery.
4. Ability to read, write, and follow written and oral instructions.
5. Preferred knowledge of univents, rooftop units, and refrigeration.
6. Knowledge of computer use and work order system.
7. Ability to work independently at most times.
8. Ability to establish and maintain working relations with supervisors and fellow workers.
9. A valid New Jersey driver's license.
10. Required criminal history background check.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $52,365.00 - $81,900.00 per year
