Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Adhere to site specific procedures for employees around safety and quality.

Able and willing to work full time during normal shirt production hours.

Coordinate all production activities.

Supervise the activities of all Production Operators.
-
Develop documentation for current state.

Assist with the training of all Production Operators and monitor processes for consistency.
-
Identify and communicate any issues that pertain to personnel safety or the ability to manufacture products that consistently meet established quality standards.

Input information into MRP/ERP system.

Collaborate with production to achieve 100% on-time shipping by resolving quality issues, increasing capacity on bottleneck processes, and providing continuous support.

Assist in the building of devices.

Assist ICU engineering with engineering builds.

Assist with the evaluation of existing processes and associated continuous process improvement activities.

Work with ICU Engineering to determine causes of rejected parts or problems on the line.
-
Work with ICU Engineering to identify bottleneck issues that may lead to longer lead times or delays.
-
Perform all duties of this position in accordance with any applicable GMP/ISO standards.

Follow established safety procedures and perform duties in a safe manner.

Assist quality for incoming inspection activity and in-line process inspections.

Assist with process validations/verifications.
