Crew Lead / Foreman Positions
Lead from the front and take ownership of your crew.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of plant material & pruning
- Experience in softscape installation and/or maintenance
- Ability to manage and motivate a team
- Experience with light hardscaping a plus
- Professional communication skills
- Valid driver’s license
Leadership roles transition into winter snow removal management for year-round opportunity.
Landscape & Maintenance Team Members
Be part of a professional crew delivering high-quality results.
Experience in any of the following is a plus:
- Shrub & perennial pruning
- Bed detailing & maintenance
- Mulch installation
- Lawn mowing & trimming
- Plant installation
- Operating commercial equipment
No leadership experience required for team member roles — just a strong work ethic and willingness to grow.
