Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in various areas of law, including DUI, CrimI Al and Traffic Law. Other areas of law a plus. Duties
- Appear in Superior and Municpal Courts daily
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation and strategy.
- Trials
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, contracts, and agreements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws.
- Negotiate settlements and represent clients in court proceedings as needed.
- Assist in the development of case strategies
- Maintain organized case files and provide administrative support as necessary within the law office.
- Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates on their cases and address any concerns.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex legal matters to enhance professional growth.
Skills
- Strong public speaking skills
- Proficient in legal drafting and documentation with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to advocate effectively for clients’ interests.
- Excellent research abilities to navigate legal databases and resources efficiently.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for clear client interactions and documentation.
- Familiarity with DUI, Criminal and traffic law or related fields is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while managing multiple cases simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on maintaining accurate records within a busy law office.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
