What You’ll Do:
As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you’ll help adults with developmental disabilities and mental health challenges live fulfilling, independent lives.
Daily responsibilities include:
- Assisting with daily living activities
- Supporting a safe and comfortable home environment
- Communicating clearly with coworkers and supervisors
What We’re Looking For:
- A compassionate, reliable caregiver who must be able to drive and have a valid driver's license
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients
- Experience helpful but not required – we provide training!
