STRM Cleaning is Austin's leading Airbnb and vacation rental cleaning service, and we're growing fast. We're hiring detail-oriented house cleaners to keep short-term rental properties spotless and guest-ready across Austin. Join a supportive, energetic crew where great work gets rewarded.
You'll start and end each day at our downtown Austin office. In between, you'll travel to different Airbnb and vacation rental properties around the city to clean and prep them for incoming guests — and we offer a mileage program to support your in-shift driving.
No cleaning experience? No problem. Our comprehensive paid training program sets you up to succeed from day one.
What We Offer
- Starting pay from $17.50/hour, with higher rates for experienced cleaners

What We're Looking For
- Sunday availability (required)
- Able to start shifts by 10:30 AM and work until at least 4:00 PM
- Valid driver's license, car insurance, and reliable transportation
- Smartphone for company apps and team communication
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Ability to work independently and spot property issues like damage or needed repairs
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check

- Sunday availability: Sundays are our busiest day, with the heaviest workload of the week. Are you able to work every Sunday?
