Lake Tahoe Accommodations is seeking a detail-oriented Property Inspector to help ensure our vacation rental homes consistently meet the highest standards of quality, presentation, and guest readiness.
This role is all about the details. You'll inspect vacation rental homes before guests arrive, making sure each property is clean, properly staged, fully stocked, and ready to deliver a five-star experience. You'll be the final set of eyes before check-in, identifying anything that doesn't meet our standards and resolving minor issues on the spot whenever possible.
While the role does include light property care (such as replacing light bulbs, tightening loose hardware, or restocking supplies) the primary focus is inspection, quality assurance, and maintaining exceptional presentation across every home.
The ideal candidate notices what others overlook, takes pride in creating beautifully prepared spaces, works well independently, and understands that the smallest details often make the biggest difference in a guest's experience.
