We are looking for a motivated, dependable, and hardworking Service Porter/Detailer to join our fast-paced dealership team. This position plays an important role in supporting both our Service and Sales Departments by ensuring vehicles are clean, organized, and presentation-ready while assisting with the daily operations of the dealership.

Responsibilities
- Wash, vacuum, and detail customer and dealership vehicles.
- Support both the Service and Sales Departments with vehicle preparation and daily operations.
- Move vehicles safely throughout the dealership.
- Prepare new and pre-owned vehicles for customer delivery and showroom display.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional service drive, detail area, and vehicle lot.
- Assist technicians, service advisors, and sales staff with vehicle movement and other operational needs.
- Fuel vehicles as needed.
- Perform quality inspections after detailing to ensure every vehicle meets dealership standards.
- Remove trash and maintain cleanliness throughout the dealership.
- Assist with customer vehicle deliveries.
- Shuttle vehicles between departments as needed.
- Follow all dealership safety procedures and manufacturer standards.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles is preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in producing quality work.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain on your feet throughout the day.
- Team-oriented with a strong work ethic.
Preferred Experience
- Previous automotive detailing, porter, or car wash experience is a plus.
- Experience with paint correction, buffing, polishing, and professional vehicle detailing is highly preferred.
- Ability to use professional detailing equipment and products is a plus.
- We are willing to train the right candidate who is eager to learn.
