Position Overview
We are seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) who are passionate about long-term care and committed to excellence in patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and document resident conditions
- Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
- Promote a safe, clean, and caring environment
Qualifications
- Current RN (state-specific)
- Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Compassionate, dependable, and resident-centered approach
