️ Equipment Operator / Laborer – Workhorse Solutions
Location: Paradise Valley, Arizona
Pay: $25-30/hour + Benefits + Travel Stipend
Employment Type: Full-Time
Position Overview:
We are looking for an operator with experience in grading, including rough grade, final grades and pad prep, as well as demolition experience.
Responsibilities:

Operate excavators, gannons, front loaders and skid steers safely and efficiently
-
Ability to shoot grade and operate laser, read measurements
-
Perform general labor and site work as needed
-
Assist with grading, trenching, backfilling, and other excavation-related tasks
-
Demolish concrete and entire buildings
-
Partial demolition including interior demolition and selective demolition
-
Loading, securing and towing trailers safely
-
Maintain equipment and ensure proper operation
-
Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times
Qualifications:
-
Proven experience operating excavators, gannons, and skid steers
-
Familiarity with laser grading systems

Knowledge of soil compaction and dirt work
-
Demolition experience while staying safe
-
Reading of plans
-
Willingness to perform manual labor
-
Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
-
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Compensation & Benefits:
