Duties
- Greet guests warmly
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff
- Be able to familiarize yourself with the menu
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards
- Manage guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure overall guest satisfaction
- Assist with bussing tables, cleaning work areas, and supporting kitchen staff as needed to maintain a clean and organized environment
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Be able to handle the phones and to go as well as serve tables simultaneously
- Have the ability to remember many specials at a time, and be able to clearly explain those specials to costumers
- Learn the skill of preparing our signature cocktails in an orderly fashion
- Have the ability to deal with the quick in and out lunch crowd
Requirements
- 18+
- Previous restaurant experience
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $10.98 per hour
