Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated 3-year-old Teacher to inspire and nurture young learners during a critical stage of their early childhood development. Duties
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum plans that promote early literacy, numeracy, social-emotional skills, and physical development, including Montessori-inspired methods.
- Create a nurturing classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and independence among three-year-old children.
- Manage daily classroom routines, including circle time, play-based learning activities, nap times, and mealtime supervision.
- Use effective behavior management techniques to foster positive behavior and resolve conflicts with patience and consistency.
- Collaborate with colleagues to design individualized lesson plans that support children with special education needs or early intervention requirements.
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about children's progress, milestones, and any concerns related to child welfare or development.
- Incorporate classroom management strategies to maintain a safe, organized space conducive to learning and growth.
- Conduct assessments using standardized testing methods when appropriate to monitor developmental progress and inform instructional strategies.
Qualifications
- Prior experience working with preschool children or in daycare settings is highly preferred; classroom experience with toddlers is essential.
- Strong knowledge of childhood development principles, early childhood education practices, and behavior management techniques.
- Familiarity with curriculum development, lesson planning, literacy education, math concepts, physical education activities, and Montessori methods.
- Experience supporting children with special needs or in early intervention programs is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members.
- Demonstrated ability to manage classroom routines efficiently while maintaining a warm and nurturing environment.
