Job Summary:
Private club in Milton is seeking Line Cooks to join our culinary team. The ideal candidates will have experience in high volume food preparation, and possess a passion for the food industry.
Please be aware that we are on a bus line but the driveway is .8 miles uphill.
Seeking full-time grill cook and full/part time fry/pizza/salad cook.
Duties:
- Prepare and cook menu items in compliance with established recipes and standards
- Each station is responsible for their own prep
- Ensure kitchen equipment is properly maintained and used
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to provide exceptional dining experiences
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation procedures
Experience:
- Previous experience in a private club or high-volume restaurant is preferred
- Proficiency in knife skills and food handling techniques
- Previous experience working the grill cooking steaks, chops and seafood is preferred
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques
