Entry Level Customer Support Representative
Zahns Consulting is currently hiring an Entry Level Customer Support Representative to join our growing sales and marketing team in the Raleigh area.
This full-time opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, communicating professionally, and building real-world business experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
In this role, team members work directly with business clients to help support customer relationships, provide product and service information, and assist with overall account support. We provide hands-on training and ongoing mentorship from day one.
What You’ll Do
- Work directly with business clients in a customer-facing environment
- Build and maintain positive professional relationships
- Assist with customer support, account updates, and client communication
- Help explain available products and service options clearly and professionally
- Follow up with customers to ensure a positive experience
- Collaborate with team members and leadership throughout daily operations

Pay: $800.00 - $1,200.00 per week
