This position combines Barback and Busser responsibilities to help keep our restaurant and bar operating efficiently while delivering an outstanding guest experience.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Weekend and evening availability is required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Reliable transportation and excellent attendance
- Ability to stand for long periods and frequently lift up to 50 pounds
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Team player who enjoys helping others
- Illinois Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not required—we're happy to train the right person!
Barback Responsibilities
- Keep the bar fully stocked with beer, liquor, wine, mixers, cups, straws, napkins, and supplies
- Restock coolers throughout the shift
- Refill ice bins and maintain bar stations
- Change beer kegs safely and efficiently
- Prepare garnishes, juices, and mixers before and during service
- Wash, polish, and restock glassware
- Keep the bar clean, organized, and guest-ready
- Remove trash, cardboard, and empty bottles
- Assist bartenders during busy periods by anticipating their needs
- Complete opening and closing bar duties
- Follow all sanitation and safety procedures
Busser Responsibilities
- Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently
- Keep the dining room clean and organized
- Assist servers by refilling water and delivering food when needed
- Maintain clean floors, booths, chairs, and guest areas
- Restock server stations with silverware, napkins, sauces, and supplies
- Roll silverware during slower periods
- Help clean restrooms and maintain overall restaurant cleanliness
- Empty trash and assist with general cleaning throughout the shift
- Support servers, bartenders, hosts, and managers wherever needed

$9-12 per hour plus tips.
Pay: $9.00 - $12.00 per hour
