Are you a dedicated Nurse tired of overwhelming patient assignments that prevent you from providing the care your residents deserve?
Imagine a role where you can truly connect with your residents, supported by a great team, with a patient ratio of 11 to 1 or less. We are looking for a skilled and compassionate RN or LPN to join our long-term care family, and we’re offering a $7,500 sign-on bonus to welcome you to our team.
Why You'll Love Working With Us:
- $7,500 Sign-On Bonus: We recognize your skill and dedication and want to invest in you from day one.
- Guaranteed Low Ratios: Care for 11 residents or fewer per shift. This isn't just a goal; it's our standard. You'll finally have the time to provide the thoughtful, high-quality care you entered nursing to give.
- A Truly Collaborative Team: Experience an "all-hands-on-deck" environment where nurses, CNAs, and support staff work together to lift each other up and ensure the best resident outcomes. You’re not just a number; you’re a vital part of a supportive team.
- Focus on Care: With manageable assignments, you can focus on what matters most—your residents.

What You'll Bring:
- A passion for long-term care and a deep sense of compassion for the elderly.
- Strong clinical skills and a commitment to providing high-quality care.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
