Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Admissions Director to lead our patient intake and enrollment processes across our healthcare practice. Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of patient admissions process managing inbound and outbound calls, scheduling, and support department coordination.
- Coordinate with clinical teams to facilitate smooth patient flow within the practice.
- Monitor practice performance metrics related to patient intake and satisfaction; implement improvements as needed
- Maintain fiscal oversight by managing budgets, controlling costs, and supporting financial management activities
- Ensure all administrative activities comply with healthcare regulations including Joint Commission standards and managed care policies
Requirements
- Proven experience in medical office management, CRM, or healthcare practice management in a clinical setting
- Knowledge of health regulation policies, HIPAA compliance, and electronic health records systems
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead teams effectively in fast-paced settings
- Hands-on experience with medical administrative support functions such as insurance verification and appointment scheduling
- Familiarity with office management tools including Microsoft Office Suite and patient management software tools
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining high standards for customer service and compliance
