About All Day Medical Care:
All Day Medical Care is a growing healthcare organization dedicated to providing exceptional behavioral health and primary care services throughout Maryland. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive HR & Recruiting Manager to support our hiring efforts and day-to-day human resources operations.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys both recruiting and HR administration and is looking for a flexible, part-time position.
Schedule:
- Part-Time (3 days in office)
Recruiting:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for clinical and administrative positions
- Post jobs on Indeed and other recruiting platforms
- Review resumes and conduct phone screenings
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Complete reference checks and extend employment offers
- Maintain recruiting metrics and candidate pipelines
Human Resources:
- Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation
- Prepare offer letters and onboarding paperwork
- Maintain employee personnel files and HR documentation
- Track licenses, certifications, and compliance requirements
- Assist with employee relations and HR questions
- Support performance review and corrective action processes
- Maintain HR trackers, reports, and employee records
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in Human Resources, Recruiting, or a related role
- Experience recruiting healthcare professionals preferred
- Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, and applicant tracking systems
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple priorities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Healthcare HR experience.
- Knowledge of employment law and HR compliance.
- Experience with ADP or similar HRIS systems.
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or related certification.
