About the Role
As a Plastics Manufacturing Technician, you will serve as a cornerstone of our production floor, ensuring that high-precision machinery operates at peak efficiency. You will be responsible for the end-to-end oversight of molding and printing equipment, directly impacting our ability to deliver high-quality packaging solutions to our clients.
Responsibilities-
Manage the startup, operation, and continuous monitoring of extrusion and injection molding systems to ensure optimal output.

Execute routine equipment maintenance, including filter cleaning and minor mechanical adjustments, to minimize downtime.

Verify material accuracy by cross-referencing part numbers for boxes, labels, and sleeves against production requirements.

Perform rigorous quality control inspections, documenting process checks and weight specifications to maintain product integrity.

Troubleshoot line interruptions by identifying mechanical issues and implementing corrective adjustments.

Maintain comprehensive production logs and incident reports to ensure data accuracy and process transparency.

Uphold a safe, clean, and organized workspace, strictly adhering to all industrial safety and sanitation protocols.

Collaborate with the team by providing relief support and assisting in the technical training of fellow operators.
Qualifications-
High school diploma or equivalent.

Demonstrated mechanical aptitude with the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment.

Strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.

Prior hands-on experience with plastic molding machinery or related printing equipment.
