Lead a High-Performing Surgical Team in a Modern Outpatient Surgery Center
Are you an experienced perioperative nurse leader looking to take the next step in your career? We're seeking a collaborative and motivated Nurse Manager to oversee daily clinical operations within a busy Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC).
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Operating Room RN with leadership experience who enjoys mentoring teams, driving clinical excellence, and ensuring an exceptional surgical experience for patients and their families.

No nights, weekends, or holidays
What You'll Do
- Provide daily leadership and operational oversight for the Ambulatory Surgery Center.
- Supervise nursing staff while coordinating staffing assignments, scheduling, and workflow.
- Foster a collaborative, patient-focused culture that promotes safety and exceptional outcomes.
- Serve as a clinical resource and mentor for perioperative nursing staff and future leaders.
- Partner with executive leadership to support strategic initiatives and operational goals.
- Ensure compliance with accreditation standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies.
- Oversee quality improvement initiatives and monitor performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Promote evidence-based practice and maintain high standards of perioperative patient care.
- Coordinate daily patient flow to maximize efficiency and enhance the surgical experience.
- Support staff education, competency validation, orientation, and professional development.
- Assist with policy development and implementation to improve clinical operations and patient safety.
- Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize surgical services.
Required
- Active New York State Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN).
- Previous Operating Room RN experience.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in an Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC).
- 3-5 years of progressive perioperative leadership or supervisory experience.
- Strong understanding of surgical workflow, staffing, patient safety, and quality improvement.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and critical thinking skills.
