We are a small company looking to grow and expand our markets and we are looking for an employee that would like to grow with us! Salary and commissions will rise propotionate to the growth of the company!
Duties
- Cultivate microgreens using sustainable practices, ensuring optimal growth conditions through irrigation management and environmental controls.
- Monitor crop health regularly, applying integrated pest management techniques to prevent pests and diseases without compromising plant quality.
- Manage harvesting schedules, ensuring timely collection of microgreens while maintaining freshness and quality standards.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to promote microgreen products locally or online, building relationships with customers and vendors.
- Maintain detailed records of crop growth, environmental conditions, and sales transactions for accurate tracking and reporting.
- Assist with packaging, labeling, and delivering microgreens to clients or retail outlets, ensuring proper handling during heavy lifting or outdoor work.
Qualifications
- Outgoing, friendly and an overall pleasant personality with a green thumb
- basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
- Strong attention to detail in plant care, pest control, and sales documentation.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with customers and team members.
