We're looking for a friendly, curious person with a genuiene willingness to learn to join our team. Whether you're already deep in the industry or just ready to dive in, all we really ask for is a real interest and a good work attitude.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, check them into POS systems accordingly, and provide assistance to meet their needs
- Operate POS systems efficiently to process transactions accurately and handle register operations with integrity
- Manage retail math tasks such as calculating discounts, totals, and change with precision
- Educate customers on product features, effects, and proper usage through engaging and clear communication
- Assist with stocking shelves, merchandising displays, and maintaining an organized store environment
- Support inventory management by assisting with stock replenishment and participating in occasional stock audits
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of store products to answer customer questions confidently and accurately
Qualifications:

- Willingness to obtain OMMA credentialing upon hire (Must be 18+)
- Must adhere to all safety protocols and compliance standards related to cannabis retail operations
- Excellent customer service skills (friendly demeanor and a positive attitude)

- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, retail math, and cashiering procedures
- Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse customer bases more effectively
- Familiarity with the medical marijuana industry and its products
Schedule/Hours:
- This position is part time.
- Store hours are subject to potential change in the future, but as of now we are open 11:00AM - 8:00PM Monday - Saturday
- Some shifts will be open to close, but the majority of shifts we are looking to cover are closing during the week (~4:00 - 8:00)
- With a rotating weekend schedule we need someone willing to work Saturdays (will not be every saturday so that everybody still gets to enjoy weekends)
Compensation & Benefits:
- $10 - $13/hr + tips
