Schedule: Tuesday to Friday 9am to 5pm. Saturdays 9am to 3pm.
PAY: $30-$35 per hour + Commission. (with the commission your hourly rate could be up to $50 per hour).

We specialize in medical aesthetics, skin rejuvenation, wellness, hormone optimization, and medically guided weight loss.
We are looking for a dependable, professional, and patient-focused Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team.
Position Overview
This role is ideal for an RN with experience in medical aesthetics, wellness, and patient care coordination who is comfortable in both clinical and patient-facing environments. The right candidate must be adaptable, detail-oriented, and comfortable supporting both clinical operations and front desk flow when needed.
This is a hands-on role that requires strong clinical skills, excellent patient communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced private practice setting.
ResponsibilitiesClinical Responsibilities
- Assist provider with patient rooming and intake
- Ensure patient charts, consents, and intake forms are complete
- Take and upload before/after treatment photos
- Perform lab draws and specimen handling
- Administer IM injections including:
- B12
- Vitamin D
- Lipotropic injections
- Assist with and support wellness treatments including:
- GLP-1 weight loss programs
- BHRT / hormone optimization
- Testosterone therapy
- IV therapy
- Educate patients on treatment plans and post-care instructions
- Maintain treatment room cleanliness, stocking, and organization
- Support patient safety protocols and clinical flow
Aesthetic Responsibilities
- Must have working knowledge of aesthetics and medical spa workflows
- Assist with aesthetic consultations and treatment prep
- Must be willing to be trained on:
- Laser Hair Removal
- Morpheus8
- CoolPeel / CO2 Laser
- Must be willing to learn skin health and master practice skincare lines
- Training will be provided for all devices and protocols
Front Desk / Administrative Support
- Float to front desk as needed
- Answer incoming phone calls professionally
- Schedule and reschedule patients
- Assist with patient check-in/check-out
- Support smooth daily clinic flow and patient experience
Qualifications
- Active Florida RN License (Required)
- Minimum 1 year nursing experience preferred
- Experience in medical aesthetics, wellness, functional medicine, or med spa setting preferred
- Knowledge of:
- GLP-1 medications
- BHRT / hormone therapy
- Testosterone therapy
- IV therapy
- Injectable wellness treatments
- Comfortable with blood draws and injections
- Strong communication and patient education skills
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
- Comfortable multitasking in both clinical and front desk roles
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
