- Ensure adherence to JCAHO (Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations) standards to maintain accreditation and uphold quality benchmarks.
- Manage staff recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations to build a skilled and motivated team.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures aligned with healthcare regulations and best practices to ensure safety and quality.
- Monitor financial performance, budget adherence, and resource allocation to sustain operational efficiency.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, families, healthcare providers, and community partners to enhance service quality and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in healthcare management or medical management within a home care or similar setting.
