Direct care staff needed for a boys group home for delinquent youth in Norman, OK. Full time position with holiday/vacation time and an insurance packet provided. Must be capable of supervising and interacting with youth ages 13-18 years old. Must be 21 years of age and able to pass a criminal background check. Must be able to provide structure, enforce rules and manage aggressive youth. Experience preferred, but not required. This position would be ideal for a person wanting to mentor youth or gain experience in the criminal justice/psychological/social work field.
Looking for evenings (3p-11p) weekday and weekends. Part and Full time positions available.
