Key Responsibilities
- Verify and reconcile patients' home medications before use in the facility.
- Manage pharmacy inventory, including Omnicell, crash carts, and specialty medication kits.
Required Qualifications
- Active CA - Pharmacist license.
- INPATIENT EXPERIENCE WITHIN THE LAST 3 YEARS REQUIRED
