What You’ll Do
This is a multi-faceted position with varying duties and often changing circumstances. This individual must present a consistently friendly yet professional demeanor and maintain a consistently high level of attention to personal appearance and conduct, as this is the first employee with whom a member or guest has contact. This position also provides secretarial and administrative support services to the General Manager, Clubhouse Manager, Club President, Board Members, and appropriate Club Staff.
Qualifications
- Computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Previous administrative experience preferred
- Ability to handle multi-line phone systems
- Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus
- Organized with excellent time management skills
