Duties
- Develop and coordinate a diverse calendar of activities, entertainment, and events tailored to our guests’ interests and preferences
- Lead activity sessions, ensuring all participants are engaged, safe, and having fun
- Communicate effectively with guests in multiple languages to accommodate diverse audiences
- Manage logistics for activities including setup, equipment, supplies, and scheduling
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and feedback promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of all activities and events
- Promote upcoming activities through various channels to maximize participation and excitement
