Overview
We are seeking a dependable and detail‑oriented Heat Press Associate for a temporary assignment lasting approximately 3 to 6 months. This role supports our production operations and is ideal for individuals who are motivated, willing to learn, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment. No prior experience is necessary — we will provide comprehensive training on all equipment and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain the heat press machine following safety and quality guidelines
- Perform ticketing, labeling, and product identification tasks
- Fold, pack, and prepare finished garments and materials for shipment
- Maintain an organized and clean work area
- Stand for extended periods while performing repetitive production tasks
- Support general warehouse duties as needed to meet daily production goals
Qualifications
- No previous experience required; training will be provided
- Ability to stand for several hours and perform repetitive tasks
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn new processes
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively within a team
- Spanish speakers preferred to support team communication
