We are seeking a skilled Automotive Wheel Refinishing Technician, for a Regional Manager position to join our team. This position is ideal for candidates with hands-on experience in automotive painting, refinishing, and light repair work who take pride in delivering high-quality results. The role involves surface preparation, sanding, masking, color matching, and applying paint finishes, along with minor cosmetic repairs to restore vehicles to like-new condition. Attention to detail, consistency in finish quality, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment are essential. Candidates with a background in auto body work, paint correction, or refinishing will be especially well-suited for this role, as strong foundational skills in these areas are key to success.
Hourly pay is for the training period. A vehicle would be supplied after the training period. Pay would then be based on commission.
