Produce Manager – Livoti's Old World Market

Location: Monmouth County (Aberdeen, Brick, Freehold, Marlboro, Middletown)
Livoti's Old World Market is seeking an experienced Produce Manager to lead our Produce Department. We are looking for a motivated leader with a passion for fresh, high-quality products, exceptional customer service, and team development.
Responsibilities
- Manage all daily Produce Department operations.
- Maintain exceptional product quality, freshness, and presentation.
- Oversee inventory, ordering, receiving, and shrink control.
- Ensure proper rotation, merchandising, and department cleanliness.
- Lead, train, coach, and develop department team members.
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards.
- Deliver outstanding customer service while achieving sales and profitability goals.
Qualifications
- Previous produce management experience is REQUIRED. Prefer 2+ years minimum
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Knowledge of produce ordering, inventory management, and merchandising.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is required.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
