About the role
Kaimetrix is seeking an Information Assurance / Security Specialist – Level IV to provide senior-level leadership and expertise in strengthening the organization’s security posture in a mission-critical environment. This role is responsible for conducting advanced threat analysis, implementing security controls, and guiding strategic security initiatives to protect enterprise systems and data assets.
What you'll do

Conduct in-depth threat analysis and vulnerability assessments to identify and mitigate potential risks

Leverage threat intelligence to proactively enhance security posture and prevent security incidents

Implement and oversee security controls to protect systems, data, and infrastructure

Contribute to the design and evolution of security architecture and strategic security planning

Mentor junior analysts and ensure alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements

Lead high-priority security initiatives and support mission-critical cybersecurity efforts

Serve as a subject matter expert on security operations and risk management

Serve in a site lead capacity, coordinating security activities and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives

Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in information assurance, cybersecurity, or related roles

Master’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Certifications:

CompTIA CASP+,(ISC)² CISSP, or ISACA CISM

Active Tier 3 (T3) background investigation or ability to obtain and maintain
