Job Overview
TLC Contracting Group LLC is actively hiring motivated and driven Roofing Sales Representatives to join our expanding team.
This is an opportunity for highly motivated individuals to build a substantial income in the fast-growing roofing and storm restoration industry. We are looking for people who are hungry to succeed, comfortable talking with homeowners, and ready to take control of their income.
Whether you have roofing experience or are completely new to the industry, we provide training, support, and systems to help you succeed.
Responsibilities
- Generate residential and commercial roofing leads
- Conduct roof and exterior inspections for storm damage
- Educate homeowners on roofing and insurance restoration processes
- Build and maintain customer relationships
- Manage projects from inspection through completion
- Work with insurance adjusters when necessary
- Utilize company CRM and technology tools
- Represent TLC professionally in the field

Experience:
- Sales experience preferred but not required
- Roofing or construction knowledge is a plus
