We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to plan and supervise a wide range of construction projects from start to finish. You will organize and oversee construction procedures and ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner. An excellent Construction Project Manager must be well-versed in all construction methodologies and procedures and able to coordinate a team of professionals of different disciplines to achieve the best results. The ideal candidate will have an analytical mind and great organizational skills. The goal will be to ensure all projects are delivered on time according to requirements and without exceeding budget.
Job Summary:
The primary job of the Reconstruction / Restoration Project Manager is to manage the overall customer experience ensuring high quality of service with customers, circle of influence and clients/insurance partners. Position is responsible to draft estimates using insurance industry softwares (Xactimate or Symbility) to negotiate settlements which results on securing the job and help our customers to get back to normal!
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and sell projects
- Educate customers on process and support on the decision / selection process
- Identify and document project scope of work and transfer project to production team
- Supervise and Support the production team as needed
- Maintain proactive customer and client communications
- Create and Review Estimates
- Obtain customer and client agreement on scope and estimate
- Collaborate with engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications of the project
- Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements
- Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities
- Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations
- Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met
- Ensure metrics and stamps are tracked with carriers/clients
- Ensure project budgets are being property recorded
- Works with accounting to ensure financials are kept on track
- Negotiate terms and set expectations with customers and clients
- Regularly update circle of influence on project progress
Qualifications:
· Supervise customer service track record
· Experience developing construction estimates, 4 years (preferred)
· Proven reconstruction skills
· Effective written and oral communication
· Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law

Skills
· Proven experience as construction project manager
· In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles
· Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards
· Good knowledge of MS Office
· Familiarity with construction/ project management software
· Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
· Excellent organizational and time-management skills
· A team player with leadership abilities
· PMP or equivalent certification will be an advantage

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
