As a Shift Leader at Milkcraft, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations and fostering a positive atmosphere for both our team and customers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supervising and supporting team members during your shift to ensure excellent customer service.
- Assisting with opening and closing duties, including cash handling and inventory management.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for customers and staff.
- Addressing customer inquiries or concerns with professionalism and care.
- Motivating and coaching team members to meet performance goals and uphold company standards.
