Join a growing team at OPP! We are currently seeking a skilled Overhead Crane Operator. This is a great opportunity for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, safety-focused industrial environment. Overtime availability is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily inspections of overhead cranes
- Operate overhead cranes to move 30,000–50,000 lb. steel coils
- Maintain a strong safety mindset and communicate effectively with floor personnel
- Work from a crane booth for extended periods
Requirements:
- Prior experience operating an overhead joystick crane is required
- Strong commitment to safety protocols
- Good mechanical aptitude
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable attendance
- Self-motivated with strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working while seated for extended durations
