We are a growing crystal and jewelry business specializing in crystals, gemstone bracelets, jewelry, and unique mineral products sold through live shopping.
We are looking for a friendly, confident, and engaging Part-Time Live Sales Host to join our team.
This is a hybrid position for candidates located in the Lebanon/Hanover, NH area. Most live shows will be hosted from your own home, with one in-person workday each week for inventory restocking, product coordination, sales review, and other operational tasks.
No previous crystal or gemstone knowledge is required. We provide product training.
What You’ll Do
- Host live shopping shows from home
- Present and sell crystals, gemstone bracelets, jewelry, and other products
- Engage with customers and answer questions during live streams
- Create a friendly, relaxed, and entertaining shopping experience
- Learn basic information about crystals, gemstones, and our products
- Build relationships with new and returning customers
- Keep track of products and inventory used during your shows
- Attend one in-person workday each week for inventory restocking, product organization, and sales review
What We’re Looking For
- Comfortable speaking and presenting on camera
- Friendly, confident, and naturally conversational
- Able to keep customers engaged during a live show
- Reliable and able to maintain a consistent schedule
- Organized and responsible with inventory
- Comfortable working independently from home
- Willing to learn about crystals, gemstones, and jewelry
- Able to commute to the Lebanon/Hanover, NH area once per week
Experience in live selling, retail sales, jewelry, beauty, social media, customer service, or e-commerce is a plus, but not required.
Schedule
- Part-time
- Approximately 3–4 hours per live-stream shift
- Up to 5 days per week
- Most live-streaming work is performed from home
- One in-person workday per week in the Lebanon/Hanover, NH area
- Consistent weekly availability is preferred
Compensation
$25/hour base pay + 5% sales commission
This position combines guaranteed hourly pay with commission, giving strong performers the opportunity to increase their earnings based on sales performance.

Hybrid — Lebanon/Hanover, New Hampshire area
Live shows can be hosted from home, but candidates must live within reasonable commuting distance of the Lebanon/Hanover area.
One in-person workday per week is required for:
- Inventory restocking and product exchange
- Product organization and coordination
- Reviewing sales and related data
- Team communication and planning
Training & Products
Crystal expertise is not required.
We will provide product training and the inventory needed for live selling. You will learn our products, basic gemstone information, live-selling process, and customer service expectations.
Who Would Be a Great Fit?
You may be a great fit if you enjoy talking to people, feel comfortable on camera, have a natural sales personality, and like jewelry, crystals, fashion, beauty, or online shopping.
We’re looking for someone who can make customers feel comfortable and excited to shop — personality, reliability, and communication skills are more important to us than previous crystal experience.
Pay: $25.00 per hour
