San Pasqual Academy is located on a beautiful 238 acres in rural San Pasqual Valley. SPA is equipped with all the amenities of a private high school, including classrooms, an auditorium, gym, and cafeteria. On grounds sports and activities include basketball, volleyball, and football. Our unique campus provides a supportive residential environment where staff work together to create a safe, welcoming, and well-maintained space for the youth we serve.
Pay: $22.00/hr.

What you will do: As a Maintenance Worker, you will be part of the Ancillary Services Team and help maintain the buildings, equipment, grounds, and overall functionality of San Pasqual Academy. Responsibilities may include general building maintenance, painting, drywall and sheetrock repair, minor electrical and plumbing repairs, repairing doors, locks, windows and screens, maintaining heating and cooling equipment, flooring and roofing repairs, grounds and irrigation maintenance, and assisting with construction or remodeling projects within your skill level. You will also perform preventative maintenance on facility equipment, respond to emergency maintenance calls, and may assist with maintaining the ROP vehicle fleet as needed.
As a member of the San Pasqual Academy team, you will help ensure a safe and well-maintained environment for both staff and youth. You will complete required documentation, communicate maintenance concerns to management, assist with correcting facility deficiencies, participate in required meetings and training, and serve as a positive role model while working throughout the campus.
To be considered you should: Have a high school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required ~ Be able to pass a criminal background clearance check, drug screen, physical, and TB test ~ Be able to understand and follow verbal and written instructions ~ Be able to work independently and as part of a team ~ Have strong organization and time management skills ~ Be flexible and able to manage multiple priorities. If required to operate a company vehicle, you must possess a valid driver's license and meet Rite of Passage driving requirements.
Schedule: Monday- Friday 6:00 am- 3:00pm;
