We are a busy and growing personal injury law firm seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our team. Responsibilities
- Manage personal injury litigation cases from filing through resolution.
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, subpoenas, and other litigation documents.
- Prepare and respond to discovery, organize document production, and track deadlines.
- Coordinate depositions, mediations, hearings, and trial schedules.
- Assist attorneys with trial preparation, including exhibits, witness files, and case organization.
- Maintain communication with clients, opposing counsel, experts, medical providers, and court personnel.
- Review and organize medical records, billing, and supporting documentation.
- Maintain accurate case files and ensure compliance with court deadlines and procedural requirements.
Qualifications
- At least 2-3 years of personal injury litigation paralegal experience preferred.
- Understanding of California civil litigation procedures and court filing requirements
- Experience managing litigation deadlines and supporting attorneys through trial preparation.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple cases while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Casepeer, Outlook.
- Bi-lingual preferred
